The depth depends on the length of your program. There are no demos for show: every module ends with a usable business deliverable.

Select one priority process, establish a baseline metric, and configure a secure work environment on your computer and phone.

Organize policies, documents, and decisions into a maintainable system using Obsidian or another suitable stack, with synchronization and backups.

The base package includes instruction, materials, accommodation, three plant-based meals a day, learning spaces, and the agreed wellness services. Travel and any additional treatments are priced separately unless your selected package expressly includes them.
Seven days before arrival
Bring context. Leave passwords at home.
Before the program, each participant receives a personalized preparation guide. It protects company data and preserves the first day for meaningful work.
One Process
Choose a task that repeatedly costs time or money, then record the current baseline.
Three Documents
Prepare representative materials and one anonymized data sample. Do not upload passwords, keys, or customer data.
Work Laptop
Bring a Mac or Windows laptop, charger, administrator access, current Chrome, a phone for 2FA, and backup internet access.
Access Only When Needed
Connect Google, Microsoft, or Bitrix only when the selected process requires it. A dedicated GPU is not required; 16 GB of RAM is comfortable.

Under the proposed program model, Alexander personally leads every day of the cohort. Participants work on their own computers, and issues or constraints are addressed as they arise—not reconstructed after the course.

No. We begin with business problems. Technical tools are introduced only where they deliver measurable value.
02Can I attend with no previous AI experience?+
Yes. The 3-day AI Start is designed for a practical first experience and a properly configured work environment. Building a complete AI operating system for a business requires at least the 5-day format.
03Why is each cohort limited to eight participants?+
The small cohort allows everyone to work on their own company and receive direct feedback rather than only attend general lectures. We speak with each prospective participant before confirming the group.
04What is included in the listed price?+
Instruction, materials, accommodation in your selected room category, three plant-based meals a day, learning spaces, and a base wellness program. The exact package depends on your dates, room, and selected services.
05Which services and subscriptions will I need?+
We select an accessible, appropriate stack based on your goals and confidentiality requirements. Accounts and business data remain under the owner’s control.
06Can I attend with a business partner or employee?+
Yes. It helps to define roles in advance: the owner sets priorities, while the employee helps assemble materials and later supports implementation.
07What happens after the intensive?+
You leave with a 90-day plan. By mutual agreement, the Studio may support a pilot, and alumni may apply to the emerging Sattva Business Club.
08When is the next cohort, and how do I reserve a place?+
The proposed first-cohort windows are September 18–20, September 22–October 1, October 21–25, and November 16–22, 2026. All dates are subject to confirmation. After you inquire, a coordinator confirms program readiness, faculty, availability, and room category; this website does not accept payment.
Expressions of interest are open for the proposed fall cohorts.
